Shorebirds and Pelicans are coming through this wildlife refuge on their spring migration, great photo opps! Be sure and pick up maps and literature, see interpretive exhibits at new Visitor Center. More

Take time to come see the beautiful new facility at HNWR. There are wonderful interactive exhibits for both children and adults. Volunteers are on duty everyday to explain and answer questions. Friends of Hagerman is a group that sponsors a lecture, the second Saturday of each month at 10 AM, on the birds, flowers, and wildlife at the refuge. The... More
