A great place to spend a romantic evening. Good food and drinks and fun activities. Safe for walking and enjoying the sea air and a little relaxing downtime with someone special.
Resturants, amusement park, walking distance from where we stayed. Boardwlk inn employees are awesome.very accomidating
We love going to Kemah and just sitting on the boardwalk people-watching. The restaurants are wonderful!! Our favorite - hands down - is The Flying Dutchman. Sometimes we're there to spend a couple of days and sometimes we're just passing through. No matter, we always make time for the boardwalk. We've attended the Christmas boat parade (definitely worth repeating), the...

For someone who remembers the "old" Kemah when you could pull in with your boat and the food was always fresh and delicious and reasonably priced - this boardwalk is a sad experience. Totally overrun with crowds in the summer and on holidays, very expensive for what you get, food ok but not near the quality it should be for...

Wow, that is the time to go. No crowds until the afternoon, and then it wasn't too bad, Never had to wait in long lines at all. A lot of fun for the kids, but pricey like you would expect. Take plenty of cash. Very fun day!
This the most economical week end one can do in the Clear Lake area WITH YOUR FAMILY and the food is also reasonable
Too early in the season to go to the boardwalk. Everything was closed except for the restaurants. Lots of kids there who were on the boardwalk rides. Even the games were closed and it was only 6 PM on a Wednesday night.
