There is always something going on at GRB. I was there during the National Senior Olympics which was well organized and fun. Also was chosen a couple years back to participate in a new car study there - also fun! Very wide variety of activities there. Nice, clean, well cared for. More

This is a huge convention center. Definitely wear good walking shoes. There are not enough hotels nearby but it's not the GRB's fault. The A/C is great, which is important to me. Easy access from most freeways. Lots of one-way streets so be patient and don't let it befuddle you. More

I don't know anything about George R Brown or why he has a convention center named for him. I did enjoy the exterior decor of the building. Inside, it's a convention center. There is a Starbucks inside which made my day, and it has a skywalk to the hotel across the street. I thought it was very clean for a... More

Noting too special. The Hilton Americas is located next to and connected to the GRB. Parking is almost always a hassel, and expensive. More

Sometimes the displayed signage can be misleading (especially if there are multiple events) but this is a great facility. And now that the city has plans to add another convention hotel, the value of this place will only go up! More

You know, this thing is a moose! I have attended several shows here and it presents me with an orthopedic challenge every time. Wear your comfy shoes! I kind of like the exterior of the place. It looks like a huge ship. Fun. At least it ins't a non-descript box. Ok, it is a box, but it is evocative of... More
