Grapevine downtown historic center is beautiful, we visited a blown glass factory, show included, and the museum, amazing antique stuff and friendly advise for turists.

Slow but fun way to go from Grapevine to the Fort Worth Stock Yards. Kick around, eat lunch, shop, check out the Cowboy museum in the stockyards. You can even walk over to Joe T's for a real treat! The scenery on some parts of the ride aren't the best but a relaxed way to go on a little adventure.

One July 4th we took this train to Ft. Worth. We landed on the banks of the Trinity River with a picnic basket and waited for the spectacular fireworks show. It was a great family event.

We went last night to the 6:30 pm ride. Do not get there any earlier than your scheduled time to ride. There is nothing to do there except for a tent to make ornaments in and it was so tiny and crowded, we didn't get to do that. After the lame show that was done by kids, we began to...

11 of us took the train to the stockyards. It was lots of fun. We took the first class one and had hot chocolate and popcorn for $1 on the way. Nice way to get to and from the stockyards. The inside of the coach was all decorated for the holidays.
