There is a lot to see on Main Street. We arrived on an Art Walk Friday. There are several art galleries with amazing art work! One of our favorites was "Insight Gallery", There are also a lot of boutiques with a variety of items from clothing to décor. There are several good restaurants.

Very interesting Main Street. The people along the street are generally relaxed. The shops are air conditioned and full of interesting stuff. Quaint area with oodles of unusual shops. While there, you must check out Phil Jackson's Granite and Wrought Iron shops, which are the best places to get unique, beautiful furniture. Seemed like a nice variety of shops. A little something for everyone. From kids, to pet lovers, wine lovers, fashion, leather purses and boots, specialty foods, restaurants (not all of them so terrific, tho').

Bring comfortable shoes! Main street is awesome and if you come from a large city like Houston you know a place like this is rare. Main Street is restricted to only boutique shops and restaurants.
