The only negative to this park is the popularity causes the park to close during peak visiting times. You must plan on going early in the morning to beat the crowds and not be shut out. Take plenty of water during summer as the hike to the summit is strenous. The view from the top is worth the hike. It...

We went early and avoided the crowds so this was great. When we left just around noon, the line up of cars to get into the park was huge. Nice landscape, very different. Son just got a DSLR for Christmas so he went to town taking photos.

You will enjoy the scenic views atop Enchanted Rock!!! It's very clean and kept up and the fee is only $6 to enter the park. Enchanted Rock is enchanting fun and going on a Saturday when the sun is shining is gorgeous and you get a work out!
