I went there last April for the Earth Day Festival and it was great. When there is no main events it is a good place to walk around and visit the museums and the planetarium.

What is there not to love about Fair Park, you have everything! From gardens, to dancing fountains, aquarium, museums, and once a year the State fair! Always love going!!!

Personnel tried to keep the park clean during the Texas State Fair. Police were everywhere providing good security. Long walk from parking to main gate. They need a shuttle.

An architectural master piece, home to great "Tex- Deco" buildings you will see no where else. It's not just the capital of fried foods. Home to the best state fair in the country. A must see when visiting Dallas.

Fr us the best time to visit Fair Park is the fall when the State Fair is going on. Now you can take DART and not have to deal with parking and traffic.

The Annual Texas State Fair is held at the Fairgrounds every year displaying a wide array of midway rides, crafts, auto shows, and a wonderful house of mirrors. Plenty of paid parking and shuttles. Be sure to see Big Tex!
