Ok, so some friends of ours were in town and we were looking for good, cheap fun on a hot day. I found Cowboy Tubing, interested that it was only $9! We looked at other reviews om here, but we got worried, and so did our friends. We were expecting much worse, with bad whitewater and such. Other reviews made...

The only thing the tubing company does is take your money, give you a tube, size of your choice and drive you to the let off location. There is not much to the "choice" between tubing companies if you ask me. Paid, walked out the door and got in the van within a minute. Got dropped off at the entrance...

My family and I absolutely love Cowboy Tubing! We have tried the other tubing outfits in Townsend and none of them were as friendly and helpful as the folks at Cowboy Tubing. The tubing itself is the same route as the other tubing outfits (which is a lot of fun) but the service, equipment, and facilities make Cowboy stand out...

My family and I were visiting Gatlinburg and one of the guys who runs Cowboy Way in town suggested that we check out tubing in Townsend. We went the next day (girls are 12 & 11) and found Cowboy Tubin'. $9 for the entire day and they had shuttles going all the time. They have the longest float down the...

My husband and I tried this tubing company after reading the reviews here, and we weren't disappointed. It seemed less crowded than the other tubing places, had clean changing facilities, and friendly staff. We got a few bumps and scrapes along the way, but all in all it was a great way to enjoy a hot afternoon and we'll definitely...

They could use a nicer picnic area and some food options. We had to get into our vehicle soaking wet and drive to find a place to eat. We noticed that...

If you are an experienced swimmer/canoer/tuber then this experience is for you.
If you are not or have small children DON'T GO TUBING! Our 7 year old got dumped in a rapid and was nearly swept down river. Thankfully my husband was right behind him and was able to grab him.
They never asked what our skill level was when...
