Guests start on a 14 line canopy tour riding to the top of our mountain in army trucks where they’re given an instructional course by the best guides in town. Our fully trained and safety conscious guides will take your families mountain adventure to new heights. The canopy tour is perfect for first time zippers as well as experienced thrill seekers. This was a wonderful experience. My mom and I signed up and went to the Smoky Mountain Zipline for the last day of our vacation. We had a blast and really enjoyed it. Our guides, Brad and Robbie were knowledgeable, focused on safety, but also a lot of fun. They had wonderful enthusiasm as well as a great sense of... More

I am 51 years of age and my bucket list was that I would someday go zipline. For my 51st birthday my friend took me to Smoky Mountain Ziplines by surprize. I thought I was going horseback riding then she pulled in the zipline place and my heart I believe stopped then began to skip beats. I was scared to... More

We never ziplined before so we thought we would start with 9 lines, but they arranged for us to have the option to upgrade to 14 lines while we were on the course. Once we started, we kept on going! We had a great time and after the 14 lines, we added the two super lines, which were a lot... More

Service was fantastic. For an extra 20 bucks you can ride two more lines, which in hindsight, probably isn't worth 20 (although still fun). The attention to safety, the gear, and the facilities were all top notch, and the staff (not just the two guides) were great. A great family or couples outing.

My wife had been wanting to zipline for a while so for our anniversary we went to Smoky Mountain Ziplines. We did not have an appointment and it was very busy, however, the staff worked us in and it only took about an hour wait! EVERYONE was awesome but the guides, Sarge and Brad, were the best! They made everyone... More

We had a great time, the guides were a lot of fun. I will definitely do this again, next time I will do more lines. What a great way to take in some scenery!

Smoky Mountain Ziplines was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff was friendly from the minute we stepped out of the car. We had made reservations, and everyone knew us by name the minute we walked through the door. My husband and I were able to complete the 14 line course and the super lines just with the... More

This was the first experience with ziplining for my sister-in-law and myself. We loved it and are extremely glad we did it. As "seniors" we were a little anxious on our ability to do zipline but it was simple. The biggest key is the ability to follow simple instructions to pull down on the cable with a well-gloved hand when... More
