There was a installation set=up in progress of Bruce Munro's lighting exhibition....sorry we didn't get a chance to see the final product! Beautiful well - marked gardens. A lovely way to spend a half day.

I found it very disappointed to by the high entrance fee, a parking fee, and fight the construction to find very few blossoms. I would think for the first of May, there would have been more blossoms. This is a beautiful setting. Well maintained grounds and home. Visiting in the spring is very pleasant. Spend 1 - 2 hours strolling around.

After reading reviews here I was sure looking forward to a beautiful garden. Well, not so much. Guess they were preparing for the light show coming.
