The other highlight of my visit is seeing a bandicoot in the... More

So much has been achieved to make this part of south east suburbia into a very attractive and interesting place. When the plants get growing it will be a superb achievement.

The gardens at Cranbourne are a great way to sample the native flora. The Australia garden is accessible to all ages, with plenty for kids to do. The playground and lookout in the main gardens are also worth a visit with kids

These gardens are in state of continuing development. They offer the visitor a place to experience what the Australian landscape has to offer without having to 'seek it out for yourself'. The cafe- restaurant is pleasant offering all a visitor needs in way of food and refreshments and the information centre is well set out. A great place to take... More

This is a must see if you are in West Gippsland. Recent installations and improvements have made this a very unique site. There is something for everyone and the use of water features, waterfalls etc add to the spectacle of the place

This is a must see! I've been there three times already and I just love it. The central garden is an amazing view, and unlike the rest of the gardens, is only for viewing. I just love the variety of Australian flora - I had no idea how beautiful our native plants could be! My kids (and their friends) just... More
