Recently noticed that my vouchers i got for xmas was 4 days out of date, thought they may have shown some good will. No chance.I'll certainly think twice about using this facility in future.

Nothing is too much of a problem. Staff members make this place amazing, shout out to Marty and Jamie for the great banter on slope and the guy at reception who let me charge my phone

Enjoyed our 2nd visit to Snow Factor - didn't have any problems with events on or organization, though I had to book on the phone as I had a Groupon to redeem. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. My youngest enjoyed his 1.5 hour lesson, and sledging with his dad, while my eldest and I made use of the... More

We paid £28 each for a 3 hour off peak lift pass which we found to be great value for money. We didn't pre book as it was a Tuesday and most kids were at school. The process of paying was swift and straight forward and the sales and ski hire staff were friendly and helpful. The staff managing the... More

Snow was great and the slope was a good size. Equipment was good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. The attraction is definitely over priced though. I'd go more often if it were more affordable

I booked the "Learn to ski in a Day" package which was basically 8 hours slope time with full instruction and a break for lunch for £159. Luckily it was a small group (just 3 of us) and my colleagues in the lesson were on a package including lunch and an afternoon hot chocolate for, I think they said, £170.... More

Hi, Great facility. It is wonderful to be able to ski all year round. But congrats on the quality of instructors. My grandson has learned to ski at the Snow Factor. He is now at level 7. He was at ski school in Les Arc for a week in March. But he made much more progress at Braehead

I have been using the indoor snow facility at Breahead since 2012. It is a great attraction and the experience is generally good with good equipment and changing facilities and so on. The fact that its linked with the Breahead complex makes it a real attraction for the Glasgow area and the west of Scotland. There are some areas for... More

I signed my wife in for a ski lesson, I have no complaints about the competency of the instructor, he was good and had a good way with his class. He did not give the full hour and a half though. While my wife was in her lesson, I skied for an hour. It cost me £26. Way over price,... More
