An extremely interesting experience with magmnificent sea and cliff views. The old fort at Berry Head is well bworth exp0loring. We watched the crazy antics of the guiiemots for over an hour! The who9loe experience was very reloaxing and well bworth the sloight climp to nthe cliifs tops.
There are spectacular views from the fort at the top of the Head, and lovely walks down to the old quay below the fort. Caution should be exercised as the cliffs are steep, and there are few fences near the edges.
The children loved exploring the Napoleonic fortifications, then were entranced by the Nature Reserve exhibition. A blowy day out!!
loved the walk and the views were amazing!!!! it is very dog friendly and has great ruins. thanks to the people at our bnb they told us about this as we would never have found such a lovely place to walk the dog.
