I love this place! Great happy hour 1st floor you are able to smoke if you want non smoking then there is the 2nd floor completely smoke free. The 3rd floor goes out to the roof top

Met a friend in Knoxville for the weekend. We were looking for a place to hang out and have a few drinks. Many of downtown options are limited to restaurants, but this place stands out in the mix. Walking in, the 1st floor has the look and feel of a "hole-in-the-wall" bar, and I mean this in a good way....
