This river is not dam controlled but if there has been a decent amount of rain recently it is a great ride with exciting rapids. More

Nolichucky River is a beautiful river with rapids and slow lazy-seeming areas. River rafting tours are loads of fun. But the river has a reputation for drowning fishermen and kids swimming. Wouldn't suggest you go in or on it without a good guide. More
