We had family visiting and they stayed here. Near everything downtown and clean, but old. Stay in the box cars if you visit. More

Historic Chattanooga Choo Choo is a grand old hotel - needs a bit of a facelift, but everyone with the hotel was very nice and responsive to our needs. Sales and banquets staff were awesome! More

We just walked around and went into some of the shops. I think this... More

Not much to see here anymore. It is all rather run down and in need of new carpet, paint and ideas. unfortunately it looks like it needs a major amount of cash to restore it to it's former glory. More

Such beautiful fountains and roses everywhere. Coffee shop attached along with a sweet shoppe what more can you ask for. Our... More

The Choo Choo is a throw back to a bygone era. it is worth a 10 minute stroll to check it out, but most of the restaurants and shops have the feel of a tourist spot. The free electric Chattanooga shuttle runs to this spot, so it is easy to get to if you are in downtown. There is an... More

We stopped at the choo-choo on our drive back to Ohio from Florida. My husband and I had been but we had never taken our kids ages 8 and 17 and they really enjoyed walking through the old train cars and the gift shops. It's worth a stop if you are passing through Chatanooga. It's only about 10 minutes off... More
