After checking out the other hotels and restaurants in town, this Sunday night prime rib buffet was our best value. Food was good and the service was excellent. We even had some good luck at the slots.

We ate at the Silverado, February 17, 2012, and went for their crab and prime rib buffet. What a horrible experience!!! The crab was COLD, the mussels were COLD and shouldn't even be served the way they serve them. YUK! Don't eat there! Save your $21.00 for the buffett and go elsewhere for a decent meal!

We found the beans and carrotts delicious but the rest of the buffett you can skip. My mother asked for cocktail sauce for...
