It was so very interesting. I was not bored for a minute. There were so many old buildings it was amazing. It's hard to beleive a battle took place here long ago. Then they acted out the battle and it was so good I thought it was real.

It's a great place to take school-age kids especially for Festifall. It's a small landmark with a lot of visual stimulation for learning about the Revolutionarry War.

Well informed guides. Nice activities for the children learning about toys children played with years ago that had no batteries.

This place takes you back in time to the way things were long ago. Lots of original buildings full of period relics. Very cool place if you are into history.

I took my child there when she was young. Not to long ago she went back and the old water oak had fallen down, sad day.

The volunteers here are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They are not overbearing but are eager to explain the items, displays and customs of the plantation.

Went here several times with school groups. Took photos and one has a faint image standing in the window looking at us. Whew

It was educational but short. There was only three small buildings on site. They should have a slave house on site since they did most of the work and construction. My granddaughter enjoyed it. They asked lots of questions.

This is a colonial plantation. Don't expect Tara. The plantation consists of the main house, the kitchen, a school room and various outbuildings, including a blacksmith shop.
