The course seemed " tired " - lots of trees and in decent condition but didn't seem to give us any spark. The staff were friendly and the service was fine but it's not a golf course that I would go out of my way to play again. More

One thats been open a long time Litchfield is a wonderful round of golf waiting to happen. Not too wide and not too narrow this course keeps you thinking and makes you hit shots. Usually in wonderful condition its a oldstyle layout that has something everyone will love. Staff is friendly and the price is right. More

Buffet......on Sundays...a more "family type venue".....very friendly.....a great place to dine while on the golf or tennis courts....for lunch....a great, hospitable staff!!! Beautiful atmosphere....just a passe menu...but still tasteful!!!. More

The courses were in poor condition in mid-april. Played the Litchfield CC and the River Club. Dull, uninteresting, lacking in asthetics. Yardage markers on River course not correct. Accomodations were horrible. Cheap chintzy 2 BR condo on golf course. Housekeeping didn't clean the unit, did not bring fresh towels every day, did not replace soap and left a glass on... More
