We have rented a home here for three years with 19 friends. It is a perfect location! Definitely would travel to this location. You are approx. 10 miles to myrtle beach, but yet in a great area.

Apparently access is an issue at any other time of year since there are only about 20 parking spots and only a few access points. To stay in one of the many home rentals would be ideal. The beach had beautiful sand and was pristine.

nice and quite, not commercialized, really getting away from the busy tourist trapes. This is the place to go when you want to get away

Gorgeous views of the mainland and ocean. Fine soft sand and cool seashells here. Bring a chair or towel & hand out at the beach for the day. The beach is very wide at low tide and the sand is a beautiful white power. It is a family oriented beach and many times during the year can be very comfortable with not a lot of people. You will always enjoy watching the sea gulls and sandpipers on the beach. The sunrise is beautiful

Shouldn't even write a review as I want to keep this gem to myself but beauty is meant to share. Crowds are minimal as this beach is huge. Takes a bit to get there. Sand is white and clean plus you have the creek which gives you a whole other view. Love, love, love it.

I enjoyed this beach because it seemed very private. The Inn was great and can't wait to return! The room had a good view, however on our next we must have oceanfront. The staff was very accommdating and helpful.

The is a beautiful beach! Not as crowded as Myrtle Beach. There isn't a boardwalk or anything like that because it doesn't need it! The beach was enjoyable all on it's own! Loved it!
