Clean and not too crowded. We enjoyed playing in the surf with our great grandsons. The surf wasn't too rough for the boys ages 4 and 5. We had room to fly a kite or just walk and enjoy the ocean and the weather. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. More

Litchfield Beach is a wonderful place to walk, enjoy nature, and be by yourself. It is a nice, clean wide beach with mostly private homes and few commercial units. If you want the busy life, this is not the place. Stayed at the Litchfield Inn which is right on the ocean. More
