The Boardwalk has a mix bag of characters. Many locals hang out here, some are good and some bad. I met a man who talked about being a descent from a queen of England at the Visitors Center. He actually showed us his birth records and talked about the history of the city. A few locals were racist and acted... More

I really like that you could walk on the beach without the sand in your feet. Great for a stroll. Who ever thought of this was really thinking. I also liked the places to sit and shade areas. I hated the expensive parking. $5.00 / hour! Wow I thought that was awful! More

The boardwalk is fantastic. The planners did a great job in planning and maintaining this area. The flowers were all in bloom and not a blade of grass was out of place. A good place to eat on the Boardwalk is "Dirty Dons". The food is good and reasonabily priced. Good work City of MB. More

We loved being able to walk out of our hotel and right onto the boardwalk. We made many memories with our young kids while we were there. You could literally run straight into the ocean if you wanted too. The only issue we had while walking on the boardwalk was some of the shops would try and ask you to... More

Not a lot of shops were open, but that was actually a good thing. We had time to stroll along this long, wide, new, boardwalk at our on pace; not hindered, nor hurried by the Summer crowds. Enough shops were open to give us a dash of the "tourist trap" experience that M.B. is known for, but we kept our... More
