We enjoyed it very much. I got the 1.5 hr massage and my wife got the seaweed wrap and facial. It was very nice they give you tea before the treatment. There is a chance to sauna and shower afterwards. It is a little expensive, but very relaxing.

While visiting Hilton head Island, I decided to treat my 15 year old daughter and her friend to their first facial. The activities director at our Condo recommended the "European Spa" at the Marriott Barony Beach Club. The hotel was within walking distance to our condo, so we gave it a try.
