The Greenville Zoo is a precious place to take your children. They have a lot to offer. Visit Kiko the baby giraffe and stop for a rest at the playground in the zoo. They have a remodeled gift shop and plenty of animals to see.

I really like Greenville Zoo. I take the grandchildren all the time. We like to walk the Swamp Rabbit Trail, go to the zoo. Then the grandchildren will play at the park in front and have a picnic. Usually it is a great day every time we go.

Never expected this to rival the San Diego Zoo which we loved. It is however, more than worth the visit. There is a nice collection of the most sought after animals. It was clean and staff friendly. The zoo is small! On the day we visited the animals were all out but they all seem old and sad. The only interesting things was the giraffes. The selection on animals are small. If your looking for just a day out its is nice. Grounds are well maintained located next to a gorgeous park.

This zoo is compact and easily accessible for kids. We walked along the river to get there from downtown, creating a full day experience.

Small zoo, but very quaint in the old tradition of city zoos. There is a large park right across from the zoo with lots of thing for children to do for free.
