The guide, Michael Trouche, was very knowledgeable about Charleston, its history, the types of plants growing there and where they came from, and the architectural details of the places we visited. A very worthwhile tour!

Michael is an excellent tour guide. Very informative and also tuned into the people on his tours. He seems to really enjoy doing the tours and is a people pleaser. I am so glad I did this tour and would highly recommend spending the time. It was well worth it.

Great tour of the city! Do this instead of a carriage ride. Learned so much from Michael, great photo ops and wonderful "feel" for what Charleston is all about.

Michael's tour was one of the highlights of my visit. He roamed the Charleston streets and alleys as a kid. He grew up listening to the Charleston stories of his generation. He studied the area's history, architecture, horticulture, and culture. Then he shares all those experiences and knowledge with you. Top notch.
