We took the 90 minute historic tour. The guide was knowledgeable but it seemed like too much was brushed over. Not bad for the time allotted and price.

I arranged a group tour for my antique car club on Saturday 04/21/2012. Had a bus to ourselves and Bob the tour guide was excellent. Tour lasted about 90 minutes and was very informative and everyone enjoyed it. I recommend that everyone who has never been to Charleston take this tour first to get a feel for the city and...

We paid for a 2 hour tour. Pulled back into visitors station and asked why only 1 1/2 hours and driver told us we were to do the other part of the tour on our own. The representative selling the ticket did not advise us of this. (Visiting the musem or historic home.) We ended up driving back to Charleston...

Our tour guide was very nice, but we did not feel the tour was that good. Different churches were pointed out, but did not know their times. Different houses were pointed out, but not much history was told. It definitely depends who you get.

My family decided to go with the Grayline tour because we had used the Grayline Tours in NYC and were pleased. Charleston Grayline continued the pleasing reputation! We toured through Historic Charleston with an informative guide. She took us through the Citadel Campus, which was a bonus. I would advise take as many tours as you can with all of...

We took the 1.5 hour city tour with Bob, the guide and bus driver. He is a Charleston original and really knows the city well. Small Gray Line busses drive around the neighborhoods stopping frequently to discuss the history, architecture and various humorous stories about the location. We highly recommend asking for Bob as the driver if you want an...

We booked our tour through the Charleston visitor center. Different companies run frequent tours that are hard to tell apart based on the brochures, and Gray Line was just the one he was leaving next. We were very pleased with our tour, but a lot seems to depend on the guide you get. Ours was very knowledgeable and the tour...

I was only going to be in Charleston one day, so I wanted a whirlwind tour to see all the "must see" things. I took the historic tour #1 and boat cruise to Fort Sumter. I caught the tour bus at the Charleston Visitor's center, as did everyone else. There are benches there, restrooms, and food for purchase, so you...

I had booked a Charleston historic tour for our family on the phone before I left home. I received a confirmation number and was told that we would be picked up in front of our downtown hotel at 9:45 a.m. on the morning of the tour. We went down to the lobby about 10 minutes early to wait for our...
