A church member on site told us about the history of the Hugenots in SC, and the efforts of the current congregation to preserve the heritage and the building. The best part of our tour was the quite funny member leading the tour as part of the House and Garden tours. He was very informative and had an easy to hear voice and his little quips made it quite interesting in a very long day of touring. More

A beautiful church in a city filled with beautiful churches! A lovely volunteer gave a nice history of the congregation and the reason it exists. Peaceful and quiet. More

They were very gracious and happy to give me a history of the church. There is a very bright blue chandelier hanging - not an original, but custom made in Germany by a... More

This church along with several others in the old part of Charleston are well worth a short stop. Stroll the grounds outside and peek inside if they are open. In most cases the inside of the churches aren't that intersting, but the cemeteries that surround them and the outside archatecture are well worth a visit. More
