Herr's chips are my favorite chips. I took a solo tour of the factory during a business trip. Take the tour and see how the chips are made. At the end of the tour, you get to eat warm chips that were just made right in front of your eyes. YUM! More

You do have to make a reservation for this tour. We took the last tour on Friday and there were only 6 people on the tour. It was very interesting to see how the snacks are made. Cute free tour of snack factory, which my son happens to love. (Maybe because of the free samples of warm chips fresh off the assembly line). Word of warning: if you visit in summer be aware that you may have a 15+min. wait outside between buildings (during tour) with no shade so wear a hat, etc. More
