We happened by the Heritage Center Museum, which is located next door to the Central Market. The museum is free, but there is a suggested donation of $2 per person. The second floor interactively exhibited Amish life, including Amish wooden toys, Pennsylvania Dutch language, Amish school material, as well as Amish furniture. The top floor showcased a print shop.

This is a great place to check out that gives you a nice overview of some of the things in the areas history. You don't need more than an hour to walk around the building.
The printing press on the top floor is nice to view.
