We took our grandsons who are 4 and 6. Even though they were running a diesel locomotive and not a steam engine, they seemed to enjoy it as much as the Strasburg RR which is much bigger and more expensive. All though its only a 30 minute ride it has a wonderful atmosphere. They give you the option to roam from coach to caboose to open air car. The scenery is great too. They operate steam and diesel, which is nice. More
