The cooking class with Manuela and her family was one of the highlights of my 5 weeks in Europe. There seem to be few day long classes and this one was fantastic. Manuela, her husband Silvio and their daughter Emma are an excellent team, cooking, translating and cleaning up. The class is done in their home and you immediately feel... More

My husband and I planned to spend our 25th Anniversary in Tuscany. One of the things we really wanted to do was a cooking class. Organic Tuscany offered the perfect option for us. It was a 4 hour class on a Saturday, about an hours beautiful drive from our B&B. We really enjoyed our time with Silvio and Manuela. There... More

A week with Organic Tuscany is the perfect introduction or interlude to your Tuscan holiday. We started off a three week experience with a week at Organic Tuscany, staying at Il Paluffo along with seven other people (we had loads of fun!). No food we ate in Tuscany came close to the meals we prepared under the knowledgeable, experienced and... More

My husband and I (both in our 20's) really enjoyed this cooking class. We arrived early, were greeted by Silvio and headed upstairs to their home. We met his wife Manuela and their daughter Emma. Their home is amazing in itself and they had everything prepared for our arrival. We took the one day dinner cooking class. I can't imagine... More

Can not speak highly enough of this. We (my mum, dad and I [aged 27]) stayed in one of the private cottages, which were fairly basic but oozed charm and character, for a week in June 2011 whilst we attended the Organic Tuscany cooking course. Only my mum and I were cooking (Dad enjoyed the pool and scenery etc) and... More

We took a cooking class with Silvio and Manuela this past March and what a time we had. Silvio picked us up in Florence since we did not have a car. Class was held in their home in Tuscany, in the middle of Florence and Siena. Manuela is an amazing cook and everything we made turned out AMAZING. My girlfriend... More

My friend and I signed up for a day of cooking with Manuela and Silvio due to the menu and the fact that we could choose what we wanted to make. The class took place in the family home, in the countryside north of Siena. It was fun that there were only two of us in the class and the... More

My husband and I had the pleasure of cooking in menuela and silvios home last month. They opened the class for the 2 of us, and chose a menu that we had discussed and expressed foods that we wanted to cook! We had such a great afternoon-highly recommend doing this cooking class whilst in Tuscany! More

Exceptional experience My wife Ieva, our friend Lorita and I had a chance to enjoy 2 days cooking classes with Organic Tuscany. As our group was small so we were offered to have these classes at Silvio’s and Manuela’s home – ancient tower, which long time ago was a part of a castle, but later it was rearranged into a... More

This was the perfect vacation. The classes were wonderful; the recipes were manageable; and the food was outstanding (am I allowed to say that since we cooked it ourselves?). Shilpa and Ricardo were welcoming and warm. Clara knew all there was to know about the local town and activities. Manuela and Maria Novella taught us without making it feel like... More
