Avoid going on a weekend because it is FULL of young children on field trips. The little ride with the singing cows is fun but the shop seems very overpriced. Get your candy at Walmart and pretend you bought it at the Hershey store :) More

A great way to kill an hour or two for free. The ride is well done and you get a chocolate sample at the end. Have been there more times than I can count and yet I always find something interesting. Kids love it and will ride it over and over again (maybe for the free candy?) More

Enjoyed learning about the work it takes to make a chocolate bar. The ride was very educational as well as entertaining. Then we enjoyed the large souvenier store stocked with all kinds of Hersey candies. The food court was good too. Great chocolate milkshake! More
