Waldameer may not be the biggest park in the world, but it has a heck of a lot of charm. The wife and I specifically took a trip to Erie to visit this park and we weren't disappointed. The Ravine Flyer II's awesomeness is absolutely epic. It's truly one of the great wooden coasters in the world. The rest of... More

Great park for our family reunion to wonder around for the afternoon. No charge for parking nor to enter so that all the adults just watching the kids could walk and talk and save $$. The wristband for $25 was a great deal. The cousins all rode rides for 3-4 hours on a cool and slightly overcast day and had... More

This park has been around since I was a little kid and there are many rides for kids and adults of all ages. The park is well maintained and they are always adding new rides and updating old favorites. You can spend the day with picnic areas or buy food made in the park. Plenty of arcade games to play!

Nice park with lots of fun things for the kids to do. It was ok. We enjoyed the splash lagoon more. The staff was friendly and kind. Really no complaints. Not all the rides were open but it was fun. The lineups were short so we had no wait times.

Me and my kids (age 13, 9, 2) were in the Erie area and just happened to hear about this place. What attracted me to it and made me decide to take a detour from our original plans and stop here was that they have free parking and free admission. Once inside the amusement park we had options on how... More

This park is a small that packs a lot of fun for kids of all ages! We were surprised at how well maintained the park is, and how the cosmetic appearance of the park and facilities definitely seems to be a point of pride for the family, which I think is fantastic. I can see just about any group finding... More

Our family has been having an annual Friends and Family Picnic at Waldameer every year for the past 15 yrs. We rent a pavilion and have a wonderful time. The park is always really neat and clean with great landscaping and flowers. The shows are always a plus too. The food is good and reasonably priced for families. The rides... More
