The reading room is designed for researchers who want to access a very high-quality and important collection of archival material. If you happen to be a veteran, make sure... More

Some of the displays and bunkers took me back. It was something I could see and understand better what my father and grandfather endured compared to my time in service. More

Great library for military history research, there is also a small but very good museum on military history. The outdoor military history park has wonderfully preserved military vehicles, reproductions of historic buildings and a wonderful walking trail. More

We stopped here on our way to Virginia and we are so glad we did. What a way for our entire family to enjoy learning a little about military history. A unique out door military museum (with some indoor displays also). Make sure you pick up a kids activity book from the front desk before going to the sites with your kids. We've been here numerous times. They often have reinactments, special historical military briefs, and other activities throughout the year that occur here. More
