This is a beautiful park. Huge and shady. Even when there are a lot of people it is not crowded. More

The gardens are beautiful! It was raining off and on while we were there, so it was difficult weather, but it didn't deter our enjoyment of the beautiful gardens. More

I used to walk in this park everyday for 3 years when I worked nearby. It is beautiful and lush due to Mill Creek(i believe) flowing through its midst. Busy, lots of people like this park! Baseball field for the school is usually in use. There is a tennis court anyone can use, horse shoe pits, jungle gym area, racing... More

This is an incredibly beautiful old park. Lots of old trees and at least one wisteria that is ancient. Nice museum too. I love this place. What an asset to Salem. And hosts an excellent art fair every summer, put on mostly by volunteers I think. Most excellent. More

But you can also go inside the little gift shop, which has very nice restrooms. You can tour the house, which is lovely. I really enjoyed their little greenhouse. Lovely vegetable gardens as well as roses. More

My dream growing up was to live in San Francisco, but if in Salem to live near this park. Though it is our comfortable neighborhood park, it is beloved by the city and used for our outstanding Salem Art Association Fair & Festival, which is in the top 20% of all Art Fairs nationwide. We love this park. We would... More

The value of Bush Park to Salem is off the charts. There is no way to estimate the number of people that take advantage of this oasis for running, walking, soccer, baseball, softball, ultimate, picnics, races, football, rose gardens, art fair, soapbox derby, horseshoes, barbecues, museums, concerts, senior portraits. The list would never end. Local tax dollars at work for... More

I love this park. It is an art lovers and run/walk lovers dream. There are fabulous art activities here throughout the year, the greenhouse and garden area is inspirational, and one can find exercise inspiration from fellow park dwellers every day. More
