I would never pay to ride the aerial tram. It is worthwhile if it is a free ride and you do not expect much.

I took us literally an hour of driving in circles to find the parking structure. Better directions on their web site would be nice.

We did this aerial tram a while ago. The views of the city is spectacular. However, it just feels weird to walk through a hospital, and not knowing which part of the hospital is restricted, etc. etc. It just gives me an uneasy feeling. The only "fee" is the cost of the tram ride.

I have taken this tram between OHSU hospital and the medical center down on the Willamette river many times. The kids love the ride and the view is spectacular from here. If you are cycling enthusiast you can ride it to the top of the hill and ride down into Portland or down a trail all the way to Beaverton....
