I highly recommend Aspen Limo Tours. My trip to Mount Hood and the Columbia Gorge was the highlight of my visit to Portland. As a Stephen King fan, I was excited to see the Timberline Lodge (site of The Shining). I also anticipated seeing some beautiful scenery. Aspen Limo Tours is based in Vancouver I think, but covers the whole Portland Metro Area. They have a fleet of limos - from classy black stretch towncars to big Excursion limos.
