This doesn't rate high on my things to do in downtown Portland primarily because it is just a building with a very fun statue out front. You can see it in the opening scenes of "Portlandia."

When this building was first built, we all went "huh"! It is rather unique but we have comed to like it and it is a building that visitors find unusual. The best thing about it is Portlandia on one side!
