Water and kids- there you go. A bit more screaming and crying than I am comfortable dealing with. Otherwise nice in how the jets of the fountain are moderated by the pace of traffic.

The visitors center used to be near this fountain, but it moved to Pioneer Courthouse Square a few years ago. The fountain is at Waterfront Park, and it's an interactive fountain. Many fountains in Portland are! The water shifts into different patterns, and on hot days you'll find plenty of kids running in and out of the fountain to keep...
