Surprisingly good menu with lots of choices for vegetarians and beer drinkers. Atmosphere is casual and very friendly.

With all the great beer/food places in Portland, unless you need to bring your dog, give the Lab a pass. The food is awful and it is so loud you can hardly hear people shouting. Parking can be difficult. Your dog will love it though.

I just wish you could bring them inside. They don't have a regular server outside, so you really have to come with a few people so they can watch the dogs while someone else goes inside to order.

The place smells very bad, like wet dogs. The table was very dirty. The athmosphere is just sad. I couldn't stay more than 5 minutes.

This micro-brew is just a recommendation...fantastic atmosphere and beers - brewed and served like in Bavaria. We recently went here on our trip through the US because it was highly recommended by lonely-planet and were just delighted by the surrounding and the awesome beers - get a sampler board or two and decide which beer you want.

Went here because we saw it on trip advisor and were delighted there was somewhere to take our dog, they have great food and awesome beers, get a sampler board or two, two fed and watered for $20 isn't bad and a daniel baldwin sighting to top it off

I go to the Lucky Lab all the time because I can take my dog and I enjoy the wide variety of beer that rotates frequently. The dog area is limited to outside, but it's mostly covered. Although the establishment has gone to great lengths to beautify the outdoor seating area, you're still eating in what feels like a loading...

We came here because we were meeting some other TA members in Dec 2008. As described below, it is a large open room with long rows of tables and a concrete floor. Very basic decor, order at the counter.
