Drove on the Scenic Columbia River Gorge Highway from the Crown Point View area past Multnomah Falls. Stopping at Women's Forum View Area and all the falls along the way. We followed the river from the wind surfers near the City of Hood River, through the Columbia Gorge with its dam and power plant, passed the City of Portland, all the way to the mouth of the Pacific at the City of Astoria. What a beautiful river! More

At Multnomah Falls you can get a lot of different perspectives as you climb up to the top of the falls. We also took Highway 4 on the North side from Longview to Astoria Bridge. If you have never seen the Columbia River Gorge you have missed out on one of the most beautiful places on our earth.
