Just a couple miles north of Newport just off the highway. Be sure to go at high-tide! It's really cool! More

Although geologically interesting, it's basically just a big hole. More

This is a cool place to visit, especially when the tides are high so the water is really swirling up in the "punch bowl"! There are also great views of the ocean and surrounding areas. And if you happen to come during the more touristy times, the little winery there is usually open and sometimes even the "Mo's" restaurant will... More

I was expecting a blow hole but it wasn't. The park grounds were very nice and the view is very good. More

While holidaying in Portland, we also spent a couple of days at Newport and couldn't wait to see the Devil's Punch Bowl as we had heard so much about it. two beaches at one part. Enjoy watching people try to surf int he tiny little waves. it amazes me they can do this in the freezing cold water. Yes, they do wear wet suits. it's a steep trail to either beach. You have a scenic view from above, though More

It was a little hard to find off the Hwy 101, very easy to pass. Make sure to bring rubber boots, so you can explore. If possible go at low tide so you can hike into the bowl. More

STOP HERE.... as the views are incredible. And during high tides, it is fun to watch the water shoot high into the air. And while there are LOTS and LOTS of state parks along the Oregon coast, this is one well worth the stop. More
