The aquarium has lots of tanks full of different fish. They also have jellyfish, octupus, seals, sea lions, otters, sharks and rays. At the door they take your picture which you have the option to buy at the end of your visit. We were the raffle winners that day so we were given a bundle of free pictures of the... More

We visited this museum with our kids ages 2 & 5. They loved the hands-on exhibits, especially the fishing boat & the fish market. They have some very cute and friendly sea lions!

This aquarium had a nice balance of outdoor strolling to see exhibits like seals, sea lions, birds, etc and inside exhibits for various underwater creatures. You can often see them feeding the animals and fish so check the feeding schedule. You can also touch several types of anemones, star fish, etc which the kids enjoyed. The shark tunnel was really... This isn't the largest aquarium in the world but it is very high quality. There are great tanks with otters, seals and sea lions kids will love. There is also an aviary where the birds are free to fly and not caged that my sons loved. The .underwater tunnels are a fascinating way to watch the animals in the aquarium.... More

This was so cool! We have to go again, when it is not raining. Make sure to plan a whole day to see everything. The price is just right! I found a coupon for a free child pass making it a steal of a deal :0) This is one of my favorite attractions I have seen yet. It reminds me... More

Our very first encounter with the Oregon Coast Aquarium was excellent in spite of it being a rainy, wet day! There is so much to see and learn even as a senior citizen. The exhibits are clean and well maintained the staff are friendly and well versed in answering all questions. We even had an encounter with Fluffy the Octopus which... More

Aquarium was not as big as we would have hoped and we saw it all in about 1 1/2 hours max. Every exhibit was very enjoyable, well maintained, and educational. There is also a coupon at hotels that we did not know about so be sure to ask! I gave it less rating because it was about $60 or so... More

Overall, the aquarium is very good. There are a mix of indoor and outdoor exhibits, so be conscious of the weather. The otters are easily the highlight of their outdoor exhibits, but get there early for the show since viewing is very limited and people were climbing on rocks to see (which is a no-no). They definitely could improve the... More

Nice outdoor otter, seal, and sea lion exhibits. Very colorful tide pool exhibits that are hands on. Found some nice children's items in the gift shop

If you take this aquarium at face value it may seem overpriced if you don't use coupons which are easily acquired. However, what do families have available to them these days that offer an opportunity to teach their children about the sea and nature. Many of the exhibits test the kids and if you work with the concept of educational... More
