My mom & I visited during their off season, it is much more than just a park! When we went it was nice and quiet with only a few other people around. We walked around most of the park itself in a few hours. The old tyme grocery store & mill and all their annual events for bar dances and... More

a nice quiet place to go when you want to get away from the city but don't want to go far. Well maintained with programs for the kids too. Bring an RV/Trailer or just a tent. You will enjoy your stay either way. More

My husband and I always enjoy going to Champoeg State Park with our dogs. All dogs must be on a leash of course. Champoeg State Park has many paved trails that we walk on. It is also a nice State Park to bring you bicycle to ride. The scenery around Champoeg State Park is so BEAUTIFUL. I believe Champoeg State... More

This park sits on the Willamette River in the middle of farm country. It's here that Oregon became Oregon. Today, it's a great place to bicycle, picnic and camp. More

NIce bike paths for all ages. Beatiful area and things to do do for all ages. Close to Portland but that seems to make it even more charming. More
