rude service, poor food, overpriced, despite wanting to book an event the staff were not knowledgable about the services, kept referring to an answer machine

This is a GREAT party place and the new owners have done a wonderful job! Great for Birthdays, Graduations, family reunions. Multiple activities and the usual pizza, burger place. GREAT for family time!! Kids will not get bored!

Players is a thing of the past and thank goodness! As Gametime, this establishment is focused on customer service all the way!

Every place on earth has nice venues and so does the Northwest around Portland, Oregon. Unfortunantly, whoever put this poll together does not have a clue what matter here!

I often wonder how and why someone would write a comment a mile long complaining about the service. Must be most bitter. We often go to Players and have found the management and staff to friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants to have a positive experience watching a game or just having a meal.
