If you like Pinots and great views, this is a stop that cannot be missed. The drive out to the winery is classic Oregon with greenery abound and 2-lane, winding country roads. As you ascend the drive you are greeted to an impressive view of the Estate which looks like it has stepped right out of Italy. The wines are... More

This is truly a special place! The wines are award winning; the food is exquisite; the service is incomparable. The views aren't bad, either. We went for lunch, and from the host's greeting at the front door to the packaging of the left-overs, we were just delighted! Excellent service from all, and the food was, unquestionably, some of the best... More

A truly memorable place. The King Estate's hilltop restaurant and tasting room is in a beautiful location. All the staff we met staff were knowlegable and helpful. We visted at lunchtine and ate out on the terrace. The the food and wine were of excellent quality. The best wine expierience we had in our 2000 mile tour of Washington and... More

We visited over the Memorial Day weekend. Because King Estates is a "big guy" and I tend to favor the smaller wineries, I guess my expectations were low. However, I have to say that our experience at King Estate was great. The dining room was elegant, with a crackling wood fire in the fireplace and good table linens, excellent service,... More

This vineyard has a beautiful location, long driveway allowing you to take in the magnificence of the buildings and surrounding vines. You walk in to a hallway swarming with staff, get your wine tasting with people brimming with wonderful things to say about all the wines that are produced. Husband is the one to talk to regarding wines - he... More

This is a beautiful winery that you should definitely go to. The place is unsurpassed in beauty and the wine is delicious. I want to review my dining experience because it struck me as being surprisingly out of place for a winery that is doing so well in most areas. We came to taste and eat dinner, arriving on a... More

King Estate is a best in class winery experience. My expectations were far exceeded. We visited King Estate as the last stop of tour of four wineries in the Willamette Valley. We saved the best for last! Not only was the wine excellent, but the food was also superb. The cheese plate was fantastic, as was everything else we tried... More

We were invited here by our friends who are wine club members, for the Crabfest. We ended up wine tasting their fantastic Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris and joining the Wine Club, too! First the Crabfest is a really fun event! We had a table of ten...so it was even more fun! We started with a delicious crab chowder. It... More

I highly recommend wine tasting in the Lorane Valley, and King Estate is one of the top two destinations for me. King Estate offers the most complete package in the area in that they have excellent food, great wine, and some fantastic real estate. The wine tasting costs, but if you do it you get a discount on a bottle... More

We decided to stop by the Kings Estate for our last tasting and lunch before heading back to Portland. As we drove down the winding road hardly seeing another vehicle we wondered what kind of place this would be. When we arrived we knew we were in for something special as we drove up the beautiful driveway. Our host for... More
