I like the Clevenet lending library system for both ebooks and lending books. I like that it is a network of local libraries that share a wide range of books. You're almost sure to find the book you are looking for.

My grandma has never had a library card. she is 99 years old. I took her down town and she received her first ever card. took 8 books out and was so happy. Now every three weeks we have to go back and get new books.
I love this building. I did go to use the library once but mainly I just wanted to walk around and look. Another great Cleveland building!
An extensive collection with availability from one branch to another. They will order it to your branch for convenient pickup. Great discussion groups. Always something going on so check the events calendar. Easy check out and on-line renewal.
It's a beautiful library, amazing architecture and a mammoth collection. I recommend visiting it while in Cleveland. Go get lost in an isle of books.
Well maintained and striking library with an impressive architecture. Gives a feeling of an old palace with impressive halls and huge staircases. Seemed to have a great collection of books as well.
okay we had time to kill between the wedding ceremony and the reception so my kids, ages 11 & 13 wanted to visit the library. Very large; great architecture and terrific view of Lake Erie from the children's section! was a fun detour for an hour or so.
WOw, this place is huge!
I wasn't looking for anything in particular so I cant' speak of their selection but the variety is overwhelming. Two city blocks of everything one could possibly need.
The architecture on the original building was very nice to look at from my 8th floor hotel window but was more impressive in person..quite a contract to...

but most of quality is downtown, hard to get to when this is it, lots of noise, and torn up books, library does not police patrons, otherwise they have what you look for, some books missing, not allowed, censorship
Cleveland has a huge and very unique downtown branch. The building alone is worth the visit. The architecture is similiar to old churches.
