Kondalilla falls is one of my wife's favourite places to walk and she has been going there for many years! It is a beautiful walk down to the rock pool and there has been a lot of modification over the years in the track to make it easier to get down to the base of the falls. It is quite... More

Brilliant walk to a lovely spot for a swim. The walk is graded for easy short and longer walks. Take your swimmers and brave the water for a chilly wake up in a very picturesque setting.

Amazing bush walk! We take all our overseas visitors on this hike. There is even a gorgeous mermaid pool at the bottom for a cool off prior to climbing back up. It is do-able for kids but wear sturdy shoes not thongs. Very peaceful, great bush scents, gorgeous lookouts. Allow a full half day for the round trip. The hike... More

I love the falls. It is a bit of a walk to get down to the bottom, but it's well worth it. It's lovely swimming in the falls, having a picnic or just taking in the beauty.

if your feeling energetic and dont have a problem with steps this is a great way to spend some time in the bush. Lovely scenic walk down to a split level waterfall with swimming hole at the top waterfall. Great spot to sit and look out to the distant Obi Obi valley or look back at the waterfall. In summer... DIdn't get to stop there this stay which is one of the reasons we are going back SOON. This waterfall is a natural wonder and one that won't disappoint. If you love swimming, there is an area to swim but it isn't easy to get out of and even in summer, it is very cold but refreshing. BBQ's up the... More

Pleasant walk to falls or lookout. There are a number of choices including a 4 km circuit. Expect a significant number of stairs plus a well maintained bush track. Nice picnic area at track entrance. Hardier walkers can take track to Baroon Dam - about 10 Kms.

Maleny/Monteville/Mapleton. are three gorgeous towns in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. We enjoyed excellent self guided but informative bush walks through true rainforest national parks. The trails were clearly signposted and very manageable. The cafes and shops located near the walks were full of individual nod unique items. The coffee and foods on offer were very delectable. Our favourite cafe was... More

Picnic area could be improved but the walk itself is not too physical and is very pretty. Push on through to the swimming hole - it's worth it!
