Lot's of water and lots of sand. Fairways slope on either side so you'll roll into the woods or the water if you hit a hot one down the sides of the fairway. Well manicured course. this course is absolutely beautifully manicured perfect shape.Holes are very challenging but the fairways are very receptive and in most holes they give you a large target .Enjoyed playing the course very much>
