We spent the day with another family, 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 11, 9, 8, 5 & 5). It was a bit long for the littlest ones, but they all had a great time. A few sections of the trail required caution, but I wouldn't call them dangerous. Beautiful scenery, pretty waterfalls. More

I went to Siffleur Falls on the Thanksgiving weekend leading a group of hikers. We found the trailhead easily enough, then followed a wide and well-trodden trail across a bridge and the valley flats, before crossing a second bridge over the Siffleur River. Note that the directions given in the guidebooks are very bad - ours had an incorrect map... More

On my way to Rocky Mountain House on HWY 11 from Banff National Park, I had time for some hiking and picked the Siffleur Falls hike.
