We went on the Belle of Topsail's evening cruise July 2011. It is OK, but would probably not go again unless a spectacular sunset is expected. The $30 cost includes "heavy appetizers" of shrimp and fahitas....but nothing remarkable. There are not a lot of sights to see.....and there's a competing cruise that is $12 sans buffet.
